Autauga County, AL – Sheriff Joe Sedinger, Autauga County Sheriff’s Office, confirms the capture and arrest of Nicky Terrell Gaines, by the US Marshals.  The Marshals were able to apprehend Gaines in Montgomery on Saturday March 4, 2017 around 2:30pm.  Gaines was wanted by the Autauga County Sheriff’s Office after he fled on foot from a traffic stop and then broke into a home in the Pine Level area shortly after fleeing deputies.  Gaines is being held in the Autauga Metro Jail on a $65,000 bond.
